Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” That verse defines the life blood of the men’s ministry of Immanuel Baptist Church. Our desire is to see men challenged to become all God has created them to be. This “sharpening” is accomplished through community—a community of men. Men’s groups meet together on Sunday mornings, Sunday evenings, and Wednesday evenings for Bible study, fellowship, accountability, and encouragement. In addition, events like our Man Up Conference, Sportsman’s Banquet, Golf Tournaments, Rewired Men’s Retreat, and monthly Ironman Breakfasts also play a major role in the development of godly men. 

Men are born with a need to be challenged and the men’s ministry of IBC is aimed at challenging men to become godly men of impeccable integrity. Godliness, accountability, courage, consistency, honesty, and faithfulness are just a few of the traits we strive to refine in the men of IBC.
