Scott Schooler
senior associate pastor
Scott Schooler joined the Immanuel staff in 1999. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1994 and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2011. Scott previously served as student minister in Poteau, Oklahoma and Valdosta, Georgia. He and his wife Rachel married in 1994 and have three wonderful children, Jessica, Jacob and Jordan. In addition to spending time with his wife and children, Scott enjoys the great outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

Cindi Draper has served in Children's Ministry at Immanuel since 2014. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2000 with a degree in Corporate Communications. She met and married her husband Jason in 2001 and they now have 3 beautiful school age daughters. Cindi loves to spend time with her family, especially on vacations and mission trips, and in her spare time she like to read, sing and volunteer at her daughters schools.

creative arts & Worship minister
Jared has been on staff since March of 2015 but has been attending Immanuel since he was born in 1994. He has served in several capacities but now serves as Creative Arts & Worship Minister. He oversees our contemporary worship bands, audio/video/lighting, and communications. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife Madisson since January of 2015. They had their first son Luke, in May of 2019. Jared spends his spare time fishing, watching sports, and a host of other nerdy hobbies like board and video gaming.

Michael began working at Immanuel in July of 2009 having recently graduated from Southwestern Seminary. He attended college at Oklahoma Baptist University where he met his wonderful wife, Ashley. They have three sons, Elisha, Micah and Kohen. Michael enjoys working in the college and singles ministry at Immanuel where he has the opportunity to disciple Christians and teach them what it looks like to follow God.

Dr. Aaron Fullbright joined the Immanuel Staff in 2014. He graduated with his Doctor of Ministry in Next Generation Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Aaron and his wife, Kalyn, love serving students and their families. Aaron is passionate about reaching and discipling people, so that they can follow God’s call in their lives. Aaron also graduated from Southeastern with his Master of Divinity as well as from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Student Ministry.
Rylee woessner
children's minister
Rylee Woessner has been serving in the Children’s Ministry at Immanuel since 2017. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2021 with a degree in Children’s Ministry. Rylee is currently pursing a Master’s of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Her biggest desire is to see children follow Jesus with their whole heart and have a relationship with Him. Rylee loves iced coffee, music, photography, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
Jason Henson
Pastoral care, senior adult, & Music minister
Jason joined the Immanuel staff in July 2009. After serving 11 years as minister of music at IBC, it is a joy to serve our church family in pastoral care, working with our 55+ ministry, and to be able to continue to work with choirs and lead the traditional worship service. Jason is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Shanda have three children, Micah, Grace, and Hope. Jason enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and being a member of the Singing Churchmen of Oklahoma.

MISSIONS DIRECTOR
Lauren started working part-time at Immanuel in 2021. She graduated from OBU in May of 2022 with a degree in Biblical Studies and Philosophy, and then joined the staff at Immanuel full-time shortly after. She is currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lauren is passionate about serving others in practical ways and reaching people with the Gospel locally, nationally, and internationally. She enjoys singing, hiking, playing tennis, and painting in her free time.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Candyce Green joined the office team at IBC in 2008. She enjoys her position in the IBC office because of her ability to minister through her “job.” She was born in California, and moved to Oklahoma when she was five. She married Hershel and graduated from Meeker High school in 1983. They had two children and have hosted international, high school, college students, and were foster parents. She enjoys facilitating a class on Wednesday nights because it keeps her challenged and growing in God’s word. Also enjoys missions local, state, and international. Interacting with people on a personal level is one of her favorite ways to minister. She likes to spend time with friends and family, refurbish furniture, garden, clean, and organize.

Abigail Mann joined the Immanuel staff in 2021. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2020. In addition to serving on staff at Immanuel, Abigail enjoys traveling, music and forming lasting relationships with others.

Maintenance Superintendent
Don Carter has been serving at Immanuel since 2007, as the Maintenance Superintendent. He retired from the Air Force as the Security Police as well as AWACS Crew member. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts. He is married to his wife Barbara since 2006. He likes to play all kinds of music, especially the saxophone.

Mary Liekhus joined Immanuel as our Chef in 2021. She loves to cook, and says that food is her love language. She's married to her husband Terry, who you'll see helping out for Wednesday night dinners. She has three kids, as well as four rescue horses whom they call the Board of Directors. Whenever she's not cooking, she's out serving or fishing.

Video and communications director
Dominic Graziano joined Immanuel January of 2021. He studied Filmmaking and Digital Media at Eastern Oklahoma County Technology Center. He began his career doing freelance photography and videography for small businesses as well as working as the Oklahoma Baptist's videographer at Falls Creek. He loves to travel, be outdoors, and to drink a lot of coffee.

Jeanie Diaz attended the University of Oklahoma, but completed her education at Northeastern State University, where she graduated in 1985 with a bachelor of science in fashion merchandising/business. She have been a part of
our ministries team since January 2012. It was during this time she began working for Kids For Christ in their mother’s day out program. In February 2016, she joined the support staff at Immanuel Baptist Church, as an administrative assistant. She is married to her husband, Lanny, since 1982. They have four children: Taylor, Alex, Christian, and Morgan.
